More Google reviews, right at the counter.

Customers tap our NFC card while the experience is still fresh. Their phone opens your Google review page—no customer app and no searching.

How it works

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers for a simple, NFC-only first product.

Do customers need an app?

No. A tap opens your Google review page in the phone’s browser.

Which phones support NFC?

Most current iPhones and Android phones support NFC. On some Android phones, NFC needs to be switched on in settings.

What if NFC is switched off or unavailable?

On some Android phones, NFC needs to be switched on in settings. A phone without NFC support cannot use the tap interaction.

Can the Google destination change later?

Yes. The NFC chip opens our managed link, so we can update the Google destination without replacing the card.

Can a business use several cards?

Yes. Each card has its own managed link and a friendly name such as Reception or Counter 1, so you can view activity for each placement.

Does a tap mean a review was completed?

No. Tap analytics show that the device link was opened; they are not proof that a Google review was completed.

What customer data is collected?

Analytics record the device and time of each tap. Customer names and contact details are not required.

How does setup work?

We handle setup manually: confirm the Google review destination, create and name each device, program the NFC product, test the route, and help choose a placement.
